Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement behavior intervention plans for students
  • Conduct assessments, including functional analyses
  • Develop effective positive behavior support strategies
  • Create, manage, and analyze data collection systems
  • Engage in home visits for parent training
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Provide necessary oversight for RBTs
  • Assist in training and skill acquisition programs
  • Collaborate on innovative strategies utilizing scientific methods

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or PhD in Psychology, Special Education, or a related discipline
  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Preferred: PA Behavior Specialist License
  • Familiarity with Autism Spectrum Disorder and relevant assessments
  • Experience in supervision and management
