Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement behavior intervention plans for students
- Conduct assessments, including functional analyses
- Develop effective positive behavior support strategies
- Create, manage, and analyze data collection systems
- Engage in home visits for parent training
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians
- Provide necessary oversight for RBTs
- Assist in training and skill acquisition programs
- Collaborate on innovative strategies utilizing scientific methods
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or PhD in Psychology, Special Education, or a related discipline
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Preferred: PA Behavior Specialist License
- Familiarity with Autism Spectrum Disorder and relevant assessments
- Experience in supervision and management
