Customer Relationship Management
Act as the main liaison for contracted service provisions (equipment support and maintenance)
Exhibit the necessary skills and competencies to fulfill basic customer service requirements
Responsibilities include:
Primary contact for equipment support and maintenance
Manage the Move/Add/Change/Dispose (MACD) of office equipment/assets
Capability to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds
Required Skills:
Proficient in Computer Skills Basic understanding of PC operations (keyboard usage, mouse functions, etc.)
Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel:
EXCEL - Open existing workbooks, perform data entry, format data and columns/rows, print and save workbooks, specify/use ranges, enter and validate formulas, etc.
OUTLOOK - Send/receive emails; manage inbox, set up rules, schedule recurring meetings, etc.
WORD - open documents, rename, format business correspondence, print and convert to PDF
Skilled in using internet browsers for research and web navigation
Send documents to designated printers
Basic math skills (division, multiplication, percentages)
Display professionalism and business maturity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience Required:
Minimum of 1 year in a Customer Service role
Educational Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
