Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to become a vital part of our operations in Milford, NH. This role is essential in providing operational support for our Shipping, Receiving, and Stockroom activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through meticulous cycle counting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, corporate policies, and best practices for the safe handling, shipping, storage, and warehousing of materials.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
  • Assist in the management of domestic and international shipping processes.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in international and domestic shipping, receiving, stockroom supplies, and inventory management.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with QAD software is preferred.
  • Familiarity with international shipping and receiving practices.
  • A valid Driver's License is required.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and related software.
  • DOT/RCRA and Manifest certification is preferred.
