Wellness Care Specialist

At Acts Retirement-Life Communities, we're seeking a dedicated Wellness Aide to join our team. As a Wellness Aide, you'll play a vital role in providing direct care to our residents within our gated community. Your primary responsibility will be to perform personal services that enable residents to remain independent in their homes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct care to residents, including personal services to enable independence in their homes
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of state-regulated training program or equivalent verifiable training and experience
Minimum of three months' experience in a healthcare setting with hands-on client care
Current or eligible for certification in CPR
Must pass competency exam/evaluation
Must have reliable transportation
If transporting a resident, must provide proof of automobile liability insurance and valid state driver's license

Pay Range
$20.00 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
