Job Summary:

As a Licensed Social Worker - Resident Care Specialist with Saber Healthcare Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the emotional and social needs of our residents are met. You will assist the Director in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of our Social Services Department. This includes following health, sanitary, and infection control policies, as well as maintaining established standards of practice.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in planning and implementing social services programs to meet the needs of residents
* Collaborate with the Director to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
* Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and community resources
* Provide emotional support and counseling to residents as needed

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Social Worker in the state where you work
* Experience in Long Term Care and behavioral health
* Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions
