Sign Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sign Production Specialist to join our team at FASTSIGNS #290201. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality signs using various fabrication methods, including flatbed printing, vinyl application, and cutting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow a layout to produce top-quality signs via several fabrication methods.
- Accurately prepare substrates for sign production, including cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, and maintaining.
- Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-construction by accurately reading and interpreting a Work Order and then proofing for errors or unacceptable standards.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs when necessary.
- Perform finishing operations such as laminating, encapsulating, and/or mounting printed graphics.
- Install vinyl graphics or finished signs at customer locations on a variety of surfaces and using a variety of tools.
- Communicate with other employees and customers in a calm and professional manner.
- Keep the production area neat, organized, and clean.
Typical Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back-and-forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics.
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
- Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high quality.
- Ability to use light power tools.
