- Supervise a dedicated team of credit risk specialists in assessing and managing risks in a dynamic landscape.
- Formulate and execute sophisticated credit risk models and methodologies.
- Engage in comprehensive data analysis to assess risk and performance indicators.
- Construct and uphold unit economic models to evaluate the profitability of credit risk strategies.
- Design and execute controlled experiments to assess potential policy enhancements.
- Compile and deliver detailed risk reports to senior management.
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic risk management initiatives.
- Monitor and adapt to economic and industry shifts impacting credit risk.
- Develop and present business cases for innovative credit risk strategies.
- Guide and nurture the professional growth of credit risk team members.
- Maintain and oversee the credit risk policy framework.
- Conduct in-depth data exploration and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Propose strategic initiatives and secure necessary approvals.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to implement new strategies and initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in credit risk management, including at least 1 year in a leadership capacity, ideally within the credit card or personal loan sectors.
- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and hands-on evaluation.
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
- Expertise in SQL and Python, particularly for analytical purposes.
- Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
