Job Overview

Alliance Construction is a rapidly expanding excavation company with numerous opportunities for growth. We are seeking a part-time individual to assist our shop with managing the yard and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fuel tanks and trucks at the end of the field teams' work shift to prepare for the following day.
  • Add grease to trucks as needed.
  • Add DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) to trucks and equipment as needed.
  • Organize vehicles in the yard to ensure a quick and efficient start for the next day.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and possess good problem-solving skills to make informed decisions.
  • Operate trucks and semi-trucks with proficiency to park and arrange the yard.
  • Assist with repairs and ongoing projects in the shop.
  • Clean the shop and detail vehicles as needed.

Requirements:

  • Able to park semi-trucks.
  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Good attitude.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

Hours may vary slightly depending on need.

Trucks typically arrive around 5 pm, and tasks are completed within 3 to 4 hours.
