Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to join our team. As a School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, while providing a positive and supportive environment for our passengers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safety First
    • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition
    • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safe transportation of students
  • Customer Service
    • Provide a positive and supportive environment for students, including assisting with boarding and exiting the bus
    • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure a smooth and efficient transportation experience
  • Vehicle Maintenance
    • Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure the bus is in good working condition
    • Report any vehicle issues or concerns to the maintenance team in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License
    • Hold a valid driver's license for at least 3 years
  • Good Communication Skills
    • Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and school staff
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to lift and move objects, as well as stand for long periods of time
