Talon Analytics is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and direct phases of projects with oversight and management responsibility for a portfolio of small to medium size projects.
This position requires leading a team of multi-discipline engineers, providing technical and execution oversight, and managing multiple projects for a program.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with high reliability electronics, experience in a production environment, and experience working within integrated development environments.
Additionally, the candidate should have experience as a CAM (cost account manager) using EVM (earned value management), Project Management Professional (PMP/PMI) Certification, and experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for defining required resources from space electronics engineering, operations, and supplier management to build cross-functional unit level teams necessary to execute electronic units design, development, and delivery.
The candidate should have experience with budget, schedule, Estimate at Complete (EAC) process, and financial performance report generation with Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering programs.
Budget Change Request (BCR) and Basis of Estimate (BOE) generation for Test Systems Engineering programs are also required.
