About the Role

The SPARC Group, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Licensing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Collaborations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our licensing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of licensed product processes from concept to distribution of multiple licenses.
  • Own all tracking compliance and adherence to all contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate and maintain accuracy of product tracking sheets, licensor submission portals, and product approval process.
  • Assist the Licensing team with forecasting and product reporting.
  • Main contact for internal communication regarding contractual licensing rights and obligations.
  • Serve as the point person for licensor partner requests, and work closely to communicate key and resolve potential issues.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Licensing understanding a plus.
  • Self-starter who can work autonomously at times with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Heavy data entry familiarity.
  • Must have strong attention to detail for compliance and audit purposes.
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple projects with various deadlines.
  • Excellent time management skills to help successfully prioritize and complete projects on time.
  • Strong follow-through.
  • Proven communication skills; must be articulate and professional both in written and verbal forms.
  • Ability to work proactively, independently and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Travel may be required, based on business needs.
  • Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Ability to constantly operate a computer, other office equipment and look at a monitor for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Ability to clearly and accurately communicate and exchange information verbally, in writing, or through other means in person, telephonically, or through virtual communication methods.
  • Ability to reach at or below shoulder level.
  • Ability to carry equipment, move boxes/samples, etc.
