Identity and Access Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team at Beacon Hill. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of our IT systems by managing user access across multiple platforms.

This role is critical to ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our clients' sensitive data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity and access management, with experience in Active Directory and MS Exchange.

The IAM Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Responding to IT Help Desk calls and assisting with access-related questions and requests.
  • Creating, modifying, and managing accounts for network, file, email, and print systems.
  • Ensuring only authorized individuals have access to sensitive systems and data.
  • Performing regular reviews to disable inactive accounts and remove access as required.
  • Configuring and maintaining identity and access management tools, such as Active Directory and Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Creating and modifying Group Policies to meet security and access needs.
  • Completing digital paperwork and ensuring thorough documentation for all access changes and security processes.
  • Disabling inactive accounts (those inactive for 30 days or more).
  • Semi-annual removal of access to software.
  • Routine account management and administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in identity and access management, particularly with Active Directory and MS Exchange.
  • Ability to manage and configure access rights in a secure environment.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with a focus on security compliance.
  • Knowledge of Group Policy management on servers.
