Job Summary
The Wellness Centre is seeking a highly skilled Lead Behavioral Specialist to join our Developmental Support Services team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and their families.

About The Role
We are looking for a seasoned BCaBA/BCBA with 5+ years of experience to lead our team and provide behavioral services consistent with the dimensions of ABA. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting client intakes and onboarding, analyzing data, writing and revising behavior-analytic treatment plans, and providing training to parents, teachers, allied professionals to implement components of treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct client intakes and onboarding, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual's needs and goals* Analyze data, write and revise behavior-analytic treatment plans to optimize outcomes* Provide training to parents, teachers, allied professionals to implement components of treatment plans, and oversee the implementation of treatment plans* Provide IBT/RBT supervision and support to the Developmental Support Services Manager as needed* Maintain the highest standard of confidentiality at all times, adhering to The Wellness Centre's strict policies and procedures* Collaborate with the team to develop and deliver culturally attuned services, prioritizing the unique needs of each individual and family

Requirements
* BCaBA/BCBA with 5+ years of experience* Master's degree in a related field* Eligibility for registration with the Cayman Islands Health Regulatory Council (CPAM)* Competency in the use of ABLLS-R, AFLS, and EFL* Strong foundation in trauma-informed care in the Caribbean context* Demonstrated experience delivering culturally attuned services* Excellent written and communication skills* Covid-19 vaccination required*
