$26.00 - $30.00 hrly DOE

*Responsibilities:*
* Lead a dedicated team focused on ensuring the patient's progress and the well-being of the entire family.
* An exceptional entry-level supervisory role in the ABA sector - the fastest-growing domain within the medical and support community.

*Requirements:*
* Bachelor of ARTS or Science degree and has either:
* Twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis and one year of experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services; or
* Two years of experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services.
* RBT or BCAT certification within 60 days of hire
* Willingness to become certified as a BCaBA within 18 months of hire and proof of enrollment in a program within 60 days of hire
* Familiarity with Central Reach is a plus.
* Reliable mode of transportation.
* Supervisory experience.
* Enjoy interacting with children for stretches of 20 minutes.
* Physically able to stand, sit, squat, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.
* RBT or BCAT certification preferred. If not currently certified, Learning ARTS will provide assistance in getting RBT certification.

Employees will also need DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background Clearance, TB Clearance, and Immunization records (including COVID-19) before starting work. Learning ARTS will assist in getting the needed clearances.
