A rewarding opportunity to join the Alice Hyde Medical Center team as a Caregiving Professional for Seniors.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary range for this position is $38,000 - $48,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities and QualificationsWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to work under the guidance of an RN, assessing needs to residents and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Essential responsibilities include:
- Evaluating resident needs and developing personalized care plans;
- Providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming;
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding;
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the supervising nurse;
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A high school diploma or equivalent;
- Completion of a Home Health Aide training program;
- Experience working with seniors, preferably in a healthcare setting;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
