- A minimum of 6 months of relevant child care experience is preferred.
- CPR/AED certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism.
- Proficiency in computer skills is required.
