Salary: $16-$24/hour plus commission, estimated annual salary: $33,280 - $49,920

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Master Instrument Repair Specialist to join our team As a key member of our repair team, you will provide top-notch maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Service customer-owned instruments with expertise and precision
  • Maintain store-owned gear as requested
  • Complete warranty repair work
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of guitar repair techniques, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
