Job Description
As a Master Guitar Repair Specialist at Guitar Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while delivering high-quality repair services on customer-owned instruments. Your expertise will ensure that customers receive their repaired instruments in excellent condition, meeting their expectations and fostering a loyal customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain store-owned gear, ensuring it remains in optimal condition.
- Complete warranty repair work efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars, including various models and types.
- Familiarity with Guitar Center products and sales techniques.
