Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Holiday Inn Airport Indianapolis, IN. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and production procedures.
  • Determine the amount and type of food and supplies required for meal service.
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of menus, recipes, and presentation standards.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Work with servers to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve food service complaints as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food-related business.
  • Knowledge of food handling and production procedures.
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
