Pet Groomer Job Description

**About Us**

Camp Bow Wow is a dynamic and friendly team seeking an experienced Pet Groomer to provide top-notch grooming services to our furry clients. Our team is passionate about making pets look and feel their best.

**Responsibilities:**

* Efficiently and thoroughly wash and hand dry dogs of all sizes
* Provide anal gland expression, nail trims, brush outs, ear cleaning, and other grooming services
* Take bathing appointments and wash dogs in-house at the facility
* Assist with caring for other dogs and completing Camp tasks as needed
* Communicate with staff and manage time effectively for bathing services

**Requirements:**

* Previous grooming experience is required
* Certification from a recognized grooming school is a plus or references for experience
* Passion for working with animals and excellent handling skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
* Quality grooming of dogs of all sizes
* Ability to lift 30-50lbs when needed
* Ability to work holidays or surrounding holiday windows
* High School Diploma or equivalent
