Job Summary:

Camp Bow Wow Flower Mound is seeking a skilled and dedicated Pet Groomer to provide exceptional grooming services to our furry clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our canine friends.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and thoroughly wash and hand dry dogs of all sizes, utilizing our state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.
  • Provide a range of grooming services, including anal gland expression, nail trims, brush outs, ear cleaning, and other specialized care.
  • Manage bathing appointments and ensure timely completion of services, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with the care and well-being of other dogs in our facility, as needed, and contribute to the overall success of our Camp Bow Wow team.
  • Communicate effectively with staff members to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient time management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in pet grooming is essential, with certification from a recognized grooming school a significant advantage.
  • Passion for working with animals and excellent handling skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are necessary for maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for building strong relationships with our clients and their pets.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is vital for meeting the demands of this role.
  • Quality grooming of dogs of all sizes is a top priority, and the ability to lift 30-50lbs when needed is a requirement.
  • Flexibility to work holidays or surrounding holiday windows is necessary for ensuring our services are available to our clients at all times.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
