Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team at DaVita Inc. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, working closely with our experienced healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Assist with patient education on kidney dialysis-related topics
  • Work collaboratively with our cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient care
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical and mental ability to work long hours on your feet
