Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
- Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Develop and manage budgets and financial plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management.
- Provide training and development opportunities to financial staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, budgeting, and financial management.
- Proven track record of financial leadership and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
