Job Title: Member Services Supervisor

Crunch Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Member Services Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience, ensuring seamless operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the front desk team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for members.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members to achieve sales and revenue goals.
  • Implement and support company programs and promotions to drive new sales leads and membership growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including net promoter scores, social media feedback, and membership retention.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in fitness management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to drive results and achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional member experiences.
