Role Responsibilities:
The Residential Support Counselor plays a vital role in assisting adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment tailored to each individual's needs. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting individuals in leading independent lives while providing evidence-based care in a group setting.
- Advocating for the individuals we serve and promoting community integration.

- Facilitating access to transportation and community resources.
- Maintaining accurate documentation as required.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- A valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
- A commitment to reliability, a willingness to learn, and an openness to new experiences.
Compensation:
