About the Role

This 36-hour per week position requires a Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Med/Surg. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Registered Nurse in this role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the nursing process, including assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. A Valid/Current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required, along with BLS certification and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
