Pediatric Immunization Clinic Healthcare Professional Opportunity

Amergis, a leading healthcare staffing company, is seeking a qualified LPN - Clinic/Wellness/Immunization professional to join our team.

About the Role:

This 13-week position is available at a Primary Care Clinic in Lynn, MA. As an LPN, you will work closely with patients of various age groups, from pediatric to geriatric populations, providing high-quality care and making clinical judgments effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Administering vaccines
  • Triage patients by telephone or in person to determine urgency and level of care needed
  • Perform patient procedures, assess patient health status, and provide health education to patients/families regarding pertinent health issues, clinical conditions, treatments, recommended follow-up actions, and home care
  • Communicate pertinent abnormal test results to provider
  • Track patients for necessary follow-up documenting appropriately
Requirements:
  • Clinic or pediatric experience required
  • Charge nurse experience preferred
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish/Khmer/Russian with knowledge of medical terminology preferred
