Key Responsibilities:
Analyze credit balance accounts for appropriate resolution
Manage refund requests and adjustments at the provider level
Recognize payer trends and escalate issues as necessary
Address inquiries from patients and insurance providers in a timely manner
Ensure adherence to billing regulations at both state and federal levels

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in medical billing or a related field
Familiarity with payer EOBs/835s and bank Lockbox processes
Proficient in 10-key and MS Office applications
Strong data entry capabilities

Certified Revenue Cycle Representative
