  • Supervise and mentor healthcare personnel to ensure that they are providing high-quality care and adhering to facility policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of New York.
  • Completed nursing program training.
  • Experience in long-term care facility preferred.
  • Ability to interpret patient information and make critical decisions about necessary actions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with and show respect toward other healthcare personnel, residents, and their family members.
