Job Title: Procurement Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Contracts Manager to join our team at Entegris. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will be responsible for counseling the Global Procurement organization and the business on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial transactions
  • Providing day-to-day advice and resolving issues that arise in existing commercial relationships
  • Handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries
  • Leading strategic deals and providing counsel on complex procurement agreements
  • Systematically analyzing complex problems and implementing solutions
  • Exhibiting excellent negotiating and persuasive skills
  • Participating in projects to improve the efficiency of the contract management process
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Contract Management and/or paralegal experience in a Procurement environment
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business or a Legal discipline
  • Strong transactional background and ability to apply sound, pragmatic judgment in ambiguous situations
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
