We are seeking a qualified Fixed Wing King Air 200 Pilot to deliver essential medical air transportation services. This position requires proficiency in operating our King Air aircraft. Scheduled shifts consist of 1 week on/1 week off, accommodating both day and night missions. Safety is paramount in our operations; thus, all pilots are part of a dedicated, professional team committed to maintaining high safety standards for both crew and patients.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Commercial Airplane Multi-Engine Land (C-AMEL) certification required. Must be willing and able to obtain ATP within 5 years of employment.
  • Valid and unexpired driver's license
  • Current FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate
  • 2,500 total flight hours
  • 1,000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours
  • 500 cross-country flight hours
  • 500 multi-engine flight hours
  • 100 night flight hours
  • 75 instrument flight hours (50 actual)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team of medical professionals to ensure safe transport of patients to and from various locations.
  • Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches, adhering to all relevant manuals, FAR regulations, and cleanliness standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for shifts, load manifests, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
  • Provide shift change information to the incoming pilot and team, following protocols for recording company change board details.
  • Accountable for maintaining required certifications and participating in ongoing training.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be prepared to work in various outdoor weather conditions.
  • May be required to deice the aircraft, assist with towing, and prepare the plane for flight.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
