Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for delivering expert service and maintenance for residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Your primary role will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems, performing routine maintenance tasks, and addressing identified issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostic Expertise: Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems in residential homes, conducting thorough assessments to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintenance and Upkeep: Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems to ensure optimal and reliable performance, executing preventive measures to address potential problems and extend the lifespan of equipment.
  • Repair and Replacement: Address identified issues promptly by executing necessary repairs or replacements, and coordinating with team members and clients to implement effective solutions.
  • Testing and Optimization: Conduct system tests to validate performance and optimize efficiency, fine-tuning settings for maximum energy efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering inquiries, communicating effectively to explain diagnoses, recommended actions, and potential future needs.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities, documenting equipment specifications, parts used, and work performed.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with customers and team members to ensure the timely completion of projects, communicating effectively to convey technical information clearly and understandably.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to create a secure work environment, identifying and mitigating potential hazards during service and maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • 3-4+ years of experience in HVAC repair and maintenance
  • EPA Section 608 Certified
  • Refrigerant License Levels 1 and 2
  • High school Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening upon hire
  • Must be able to work in the US
