Catering Attendant Job Summary

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless event execution as a Catering Attendant with Compass Group USA. This role involves assembling and delivering food and supplies, maintaining accurate food temperatures, and providing friendly, courteous service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and deliver food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations
  • Log and maintain food temperatures to ensure quality and safety
  • Arrange tables and decorations to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Serve food and beverages to guests with a smile
  • Thoroughly clean locations after events and return food and equipment to the catering facility
  • Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions
  • Stock, clean, and maintain catering facilities and equipment
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license may be required
  • Food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and safe work area
