Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and lead a team to do the same.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and store leadership.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
