About the Role

Fidelity Investments is seeking a highly skilled Data Chapter Leader to join our Asset Management Technology team. As a Data Chapter Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of data engineers and developers to design, develop, and implement data solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and development, with experience in leading teams and mentoring junior engineers. You will be responsible for ensuring that our data solutions are of high quality, reliable, and scalable, and that they meet the needs of our clients.

You will work closely with our data services and compliance team to ensure that our data solutions are compliant with regulatory requirements and that we are meeting our clients' needs.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for data and technology.

About the Team

The Data Services and Compliance (DSCO) domain with Asset Management Technology provides core and common data engineering & investment compliance capabilities to the breadth of Asset Management.

This Chapter is focused on Data as a primary competency however we have a combination of data, middle-tier, and UI engineering resources that provide capabilities to Strategic Advisers. We work on a wide variety of technologies including AWS, Oracle, Snowflake, Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Python, REST/API, Kafka, and Tableau.
