**Job Summary:**

Provide residents with quality nursing care, implement specific procedures and programs, and coordinate work within the department. Report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor, respond to inquiries or requests for information, and assist the immediate supervisor with tasks to support department operations.

**Requirements:**

* Licensure as RN in states included in service area
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
* 2 years of current experience in long-term care preferred
* CPR certification required
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
