Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in cross-training across various departments: Sales, Accounts, and Shop.
  • Shadow experienced Sales Directors, Account Directors, and other key departments.
  • Gain proficiency in departmental policies, processes, and operations.
  • Master the completion and tracking of protection claims.
  • Learn to place orders and manage operational issues effectively.
  • Understand monthly profit and loss statements.
  • Drive sales through outbound lead calls and marketing initiatives.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two to four years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • Experience in Rent to Own or the wheel and tire industry is a plus but not mandatory.
