Job Opportunity

Cole Walters - State Farm Agent is seeking a skilled Insurance Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our agency, you will play a crucial role in building long-lasting customer relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, ensuring a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of insurance products and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the agency team to ensure successful customer relations and drive business results.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative roles.
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively relate to customers.
  • A valid Property & Casualty license.
