Insurance Business Development Representative

As a key member of Jason Sizemore - State Farm Agent's team, the Account Manager will play a vital role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
- Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Work collaboratively with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing and implementing effective strategies to promote the office.
- Develop and nurture leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services to drive business growth.
- Support local community events and initiatives, fostering strong relationships with customers and the community.
