Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Biologics Chemical Operator to join our team at Yoh, a leading staffing company. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and controlling batch and continuous chemical processes.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the production team to achieve business goals and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Champion the site's safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures, and proactively identifying and reporting potential safety issues.
  • Operate and maintain large-scale reactors and other equipment used to produce life science research products.
  • Collect and analyze samples of chemical solutions, and perform in-line product testing to resolve simple chemical issues.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of required policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety environmental regulations.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree with a chemical/biological background is highly desired.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate-level math and analytical skills, with the ability to convert units of measure and calculate ratios.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment, with knowledge of hazardous material regulations and wastewater handling.
