Job Summary

  • As a Residential Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing common residential property issues.
  • You will work closely with our team to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Skills
    • Basic carpentry and handyman skills.
    • Basic understanding of residential homes and apartment building systems.
    • Ability to problem solve basic residential construction issues and repairing common electrical and plumbing issues including leaks and clogs.
    • Updating light fixtures, switches, outlets and plumbing fixtures as needed.
    • Replacing door locks.
    • Minor drywall patching/repair and painting
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Ability to lift 75 lbs.
    • A Valid Driver's License.
    • Ability to take and pass a 50 state pre-employment background check and drug screen.
    • Recent References.
    • Available to work M-F 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
    • On call rotation for after hours calls.

Qualifications

  • Must have 2 years residential maintenance experience.
  • High school or equivalent (Required).
  • Driver's License (Required).

  • Flooring/tile experience.
  • Copper or Pex plumbing experience.
  • Window installation/replacement experience.
  • Exterior window and door install experience.
