We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate IV Therapy Nurse to join our team at RELIVE Health Houston Memorial. As an IV Therapy Nurse, you will be responsible for administering IV Vitamin Therapy and hormone replacement therapy to patients, while also providing education and support to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer IV Vitamin Therapy and hormone replacement therapy to patients
  • Perform venepuncture, accessed implanted ports, maintained peripheral IV lines
  • Perform infusions and monitor patient's status throughout the entire infusion as well as manage emergency reactions
  • Perform blood draws as per the required instructions provided by the lab
  • Follow state and nursing guidelines and standards
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by applying principles of medical asepsis and infection control techniques and universal precautions
  • Liaise with admin and other medical team members pre and post-therapy and participate in shared decision making
  • Accurately use the online booking systems
  • Assist with callbacks to patients with questions
  • Provide documentation to the Admin team for submission to EHR
  • Prepare and track inventory to maintain 100% in stock of supplies and Vitamin therapy
  • Maintains up-to-date education including knowledge of the internet for IV Infusion
  • Completes other tasks within the scope of the Paramedic
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Critical thinking, compassionate, non-judgmental, with attention to detail, and organized
  • Calm under pressure and ability to work unsupervised
  • Patient listener, good communicator, and able to establish effective working relationships with other staff and referral sources
  • Client confidentiality and discretion essential

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
