Job Summary

As a Chief Engineer at Marriott, you will be responsible for managing all engineering and maintenance operations, ensuring the safety, security, and asset protection of our properties. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise engineering and maintenance staff

  • Lead emergency response teams and coordinate disaster recovery efforts
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in engineering and maintenance management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
