Advanced Practice Wound Care Specialist

Wound Technology Network, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Salt Lake City, UT area. As an Advanced Practice Wound Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional wound care services to patients across the US.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, vision, 401k, and PTO.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide hands-on care to patients with diverse wound types, including diabetic foot ulcers, pressure injuries, and surgical wounds.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote optimal wound healing outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Risk assess patients with diabetes according to ADA guidelines and provide education on wound management.
- Interpret diagnostic tests and recommend follow-up actions to facilitate timely interventions.
- Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited school and national certification; wound care certification preferred.
- 1-3 years' experience at advanced practice level.
- Current, active license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state.
- Ability to practice autonomously and lift 50 lbs or more.
- Valid driver's license and excellent communication skills.
