Located in a vibrant area, our boutique hotel offers a unique atmosphere that combines comfort and professionalism. We are currently seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to oversee our operations during the overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Night Auditor, you will be tasked with the auditing, preparation, and posting of all revenue activities from various systems at the close of business each day. Your role will also include:

  • Performing system backups and rolling over functions for the new day, week, month, and year.
  • Managing front desk operations overnight and executing all related functions.

Essential Skills:
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
  • Proficiency in Excel and Opera software.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • The capacity to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of guest information and company data.

Qualifications:
Applicants should have a minimum of two years of experience in the hospitality sector.
