Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team at El Dorado Hotel & Kitchen. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily audits of revenue activity from various systems, including PMS and POS.
  • Prepare and post all revenue activity, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Perform system backup and roll over functions for new day, week, month, and year.
  • Operate the front desk overnight, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and other front desk functions.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Excel and Opera.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years' experience in the hotel/hospitality industry.
