Job Summary:

This position will provide comprehensive behavioral health services for employees and adult patients at Nappi Wellness Institute. As part of the Integrated Behavioral Healthcare (IBHC) Clinic, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver services within primary care clinics and a standalone IBHC site. Your responsibilities will include providing psycho-social management and support to patients and families, conducting therapy and psychological assessments, and developing individualized plans of care. You will also coordinate care with primary care physicians and outside agencies, and obtain referrals for additional programs to support patient recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide behavioral health services to employees and adult patients
* Conduct therapy and psychological assessments
* Develop individualized plans of care
* Coordinate care with primary care physicians and outside agencies
* Obtain referrals for additional programs

Requirements:

* Ph.D. or Psy.D. and NYS license (or eligible) Psychologist required
* Previous experience within a hospital setting preferred
* Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) desired

Work Environment:
