MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - Louisville, KY

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of our facilities, ensuring productivity and contributing to the company's growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coaching, resolving issues, and supporting subordinates and upper management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage workflow and ensure employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
  • Establish priorities, performance goals, and deadlines, according to the company's plans and vision, and communicate them to subordinates
  • Supervise employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
  • Organize and manage timekeeping and personnel records
  • Respond to complaints and resolve problems
  • Facilitate interaction between upper management and employees
  • Create performance reports and present them to managers
  • Develop suggestions on reward and promotion based on performance, as well as disciplinary actions when needed
  • Contribute to hiring and training of new employees
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2+ years' experience working as a Supervisor or in other similar positions
  • Significant experience in leading, managing, and training personnel
  • Good knowledge of corporate policies and applicable legal guidelines
  • Practical experience with MS Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Diploma or Certificate in first-line management or other relevant area
  • High school diploma and BSc or BA degree in management or other relevant area
