Position Features:

  • Clinical/Administrative Balance: 70/30
  • Approved by NHSC
  • Collaborative environment with 1 Physician and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
  • Exclusively outpatient services
  • Established patient base
  • Shared on-call responsibilities among providers
  • Proximity to specialized services and Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center, a 304-bed facility offering comprehensive emergency and specialty care.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Demonstrated leadership in Family/Internal Medicine or a strong interest in leadership roles
  • Commitment to rural healthcare initiatives
  • Ability to engage with a diverse patient population
  • Interest in chronic disease management and preventive healthcare
