Financial Transactions Coordinator

Chefness Gourmet Foods LLC is seeking a skilled Financial Transactions Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of financial transactions. Your primary responsibility will be to review and process customer payments, maintaining accurate records and communicating with clients as needed. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and previous experience in a similar position. You will also need to possess advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting software, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Quickbooks. Strong written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail are essential requirements for this role. Estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per annum.
The Financial Transactions Coordinator will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Processing and accurately recording transactions
* Maintaining detailed records of payments and account statuses
* Sending reminders regarding overdue payments
* Researching any account discrepancies and taking appropriate action for resolution
* Creating accurate and informative reports
* Collaborating with other departments to gather additional information, ensure accounts are up-to-date, and develop repayment plans
* Communicating with clients regarding the payments on their accounts
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices and be proficient in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and Hebrew.
